Our Favorite Tater Tot Casserole

The first time I made this casserole I really wasn't sure how well the kids would like it. But they didn't just like, they devoured almost the whole pan of it. So it is now on a regular rotation at our house. I usually let the kids help me make it.



1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
2 (15 oz) cans green beans, cooked
1 lb ground beef, browned
1/2 onion, chopped, sauteed with ground beef
1 cup sour cream
1 (26 oz) can cream of chicken soup
milk (as needed)
Shredded cheese
salt 
pepper
garlic powder


Spread frozen tater tot in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. 
Add ground beef and onions, and cooked green beans.
Stir in sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add milk to desired consistency.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until baked through and bubbly.
