To make the most of your time on earth, you must maintain an eternal perspective. This will keep you from majoring on minor issues and help you distinguish between what's urgent and what's ultimate. . . . So much of what we waste our energy on will not matter even a year from now, much less for eternity. Don't trade your life for temporary things.

In the Kitchen
Today I wanted bread for lunch and we were out of bread so I tried a new quick bread - Beer Bread. It was so easy!
1 can beer
2 cups flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
That's the basic recipe. To this I added 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded), 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon salt (I think it could have used more salt). I baked it at 375F for approximately an hour.
Outdoor Fun
We were able to get out to play a little today before the rain started. The baby really, really wants to be able to climb trees like the big kids!
