Reading and Learning
As the preschoolers continue through the Spring alphabet printing practice set we reached the letter Kk today. So we practiced writing the letter Kk with these sheets from DLTK Kids Spring Tracer Pages.
Then we had fun matching kites to kite tails with these number kites from Making Learning Fun.
Michael is learning about Human Body Systems in Science and today he found it interesting to discover that his heart is approximately the size of his closed fist.
And below is another excerpt from this book that I've been reading.

In the Kitchen
Breakfast today was waffles, sausage, apple slices and juice. And for lunch we had turkey and rice, greens, applesauce and milk.
Outdoor Fun
There's just nothing like a back yard full of nature and a few toys for kids to explore and play in!
Out and About
Michael went this afternoon to help at the food pantry. Then this evening, although he didn't go out, he did get to have a meeting with the youth group via Zoom. From what I heard, it sounded like an awesome meeting. Lots of laughter, a game, some singing and prayer, and wise words from the youth leaders.
